What you’ll be doing:
- Building the organization’s Account Management and accounts expansion strategy.
- Working collaboratively with the Implementation and Product teams to implement the Mar-Kov software to our customers. This includes Strategic Consulting, Application Support and Troubleshooting, and project management.
- Developing a deep knowledge of Mar-Kov’s software and how it benefits customers across many manufacturing industries.
- Developing and maintaining a healthy relationship with Mar-Kov customers; acts as the customer advocate and analyzes customer needs to deliver the best solution.
- Creating training and educational resources, including instruction videos and written procedures to augment the customer experience.
- Assisting in developing new CS management tools and training process improvements.
You must have:
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Outstanding organization, presentation, detail oriented, and relationship building skills
- Extremely comfortable with using Microsoft Office and working with a computer in general
- A deep passion for learning new things and applying your knowledge to solve real world problems

It would be awesome if you had:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a Business or STEM related field
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience in the industry
- Experience implementing software in a manufacturing industry
- Experience in the manufacturing industries including Cosmetics, Pharma, Food and Beverage, Nutritional Supplements, Paints and Coatings
- Experience in Implementations, Customer Success, Project Management, or SaaS Support
